February 4, 2004 . URGENT SHOPPING LIST
Stuff to Get
3 NEW bags..
*sigh* I've been walking all over to find new bags.. orchard, and even those hdb heartlands.. bugis.. to find some bags I like. but *sigh* all the new styles are sooooo similar.. and they are so NOT ME..
Ooh.. I saw this really nice japanese styled bag.. in pinks, creams and purple the other day.. it has something like a japanese wood cut but it's a prettiful woodcut print on it.. and the price is rather good, just that it's not really a useful bag you see. I like big sling bags that are pretty, but all I see nowadays, are drab army colours, or candy striped colours.. you hardly see any other nice types. and if they are nice colours, the bag will be the wrong size, like ultra small; scratchy material etc..

I've been looking for this actually, and pricing them..
The prices seems to be around 300+++ and it's pretty good a price, or should I settle for an intuos2 4*5?? suggestions please.. it's $100 LESS!

i already bought huan zhu ge ge 3, ben yue, wo lai ye, biao mei ji xiang (even though I already watched it).. but I'm still going to get more... However, I need more recommendations. I was thinking of the 4 detective guards, with Nie Yuan.. who is soooooo coooooooll.. after watching him as Qi Ye in qian nu you hun.. hehehe

hmm.. but pirated of course.. because I always only play for like a couple of hours before throwing them aside.. I just think they are cute.. I need making magic and superstar!

for my jewellery stuff.. I already have 3.. but I still have boxes of mixed up beads.. and small plastic zip lock bags full of beadss! *screams* It's too hard organising them actually.. hehe
Shoes
I already bought a new pair of thongs.. they are comfy ones.. but I want more.. the shoes down u nder are sooo expensive!

February 8, 2004 . Stuff that I will be lugging back..
Lookkkkkkkkk an intuos2! i bought a 4*5 first.. because you know if you buy a smaller one, they will let you exchange for a bigger one.. but if you buy a bigger one and want an exchange, they won't allow.. I'm thinking of changing.. the work area is really kinda small..
and look at my new vcd collection.. haha, i still have more..

it was Jinx who bought one in my custom avatar auction for 655 dmb bucks..
and I was really amazed that she requested it for fiona.. really.. how generous..
better than some friends on dmb that I can point out.. who would rather spend all day spamming my tagboard..
Just to show here it is.. of course though I say it's a custom avatar auction.. I will definitely make a blinkie and most probably a buddyland icon to go along with it.. but I just thought that I should ask if jinx or fiona likes it..

February 16, 2004 . Huan Zhu Ge Ge 3 - Tian Shang Ren Jian
I recently finished watching this drama series, I will say that it is entertaining for one, however, it will definitely not earn any rave reviews from me.
Well, the change in actors will probably be the biggest disappointment. I know that the audience are encouraged to try and accept the new cast, and I did try and accept them, for example, the new Ziwei (Ma yi li) acted much better than Ruby for one, but the rest of the main cast was a real disappointment.
My favourite character in this series is probably Ziwei's child Dong er who is so absolutelyyyyy cute! All his little actions are so sweet and endearing! I especially love the first scene which he comes on pretending to "fight" and there was another one with him pretending to ride a horse... but it's really pathetic that my favourite character only came on for maybe only 10 scenes or so.
*sigh* The worst actors in this series
Huang Yi as Xiao Yan zi. If you thought that zhao wei acted cute in hzgg 1 and 2, PLEASE do not watch this, you will throw up, this is forced cuteness to the extreme, with a put out baby voice. urgh. Furthermore, her supposedly new and improved martial arts skills simply looks like jumping around. And I also don't like how Qiong Yao changed her character, in fact, she was SOOO submissive when she left the palace to live with Zi wei, my sis and I were really cheering for her.
Leo Ku as Yong Qi, was he even acting I just see leo saying his lines, no difference from shu huan in QSSYMM, in fact, if you put him in his QSSYMM costume while he said the lines, he will appear the same as Shu huan and I'm not kidding.
Di Long as Qian Long.. I will thank the stars that I bought Bu yi tian zi to watch Zhang Tie Lin as Qian long. I have absolutely nothing good to say about him.
Huang Xiao Ming as Xiao jian.. I know alot of the audience prefer Huang Xiao Ming to Zhu Hong Jia, because they say that huang xiao ming looks better, and zhu hong jia looks kinda plump.. However, I cannot stand his expression through out the show, in fact it hardly ever changed. And he looked more like Xiao yanzi's younger brother than her older by a rather large number of years brother. But this may also be because Huang YI look old, once I saw her standing next to Leo ku in a far shoot and I thought it was the empress. Also, Zhu hong jia has more charisma, even though he is plump, but he was more COOOOOOOL!
This show really disappointed me actually.. Now I feel like doing a shrine to Hzgg 1 and 2 (I watched them at least 20 times), because of the sub standard performance by the new actors.. *sigh*

I was reading one of juzer's entries and she talked about how some webmistresses of some particular websites which should remain unnamed, refused to give her the codes for some calendars and clocks.
Well, then someone posted in the comments that maybe that particular webmistress wrote the code themselve. however, I seriously doubt that, as I have seen the clocks around on other websites, even though I never really looked closely at the clocks and calendars before then.
Oh, and then look what I found

I mean if you are gracious enough to admit you took the codes from other people's websites, then other people won't have to make a big fuss over it, and then others won't have to find out what on earth happened.
